Trade & Wholesale customers please email email@example.com with the heading "New account application".
Retail customers are not required to request an account application, simply register online or continue as a guest.
Online trade and wholesale registration requests are only approved to customers who have been issued with an ASP "Customer Code." This can only be obtained by filling out an account form. Then you just simply Fax, Email, or Mail it in to us for processing. You will receive acknowledgement and acceptance of your application via email. Please hold onto this letter for future reference as it contains all the information required to order online from ASP.
Current Customers: If you already have an account with ASP there is no need to re-register online, just email us for your unique password. Your username is your email address and your password is your case sensitive unique customer code. We recommend you change this password after your first login. If you have a customer code and still cannot login, chances are the email address we have for you on file is incorrect. Please contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject heading "password".
Orders can be placed on our website or by fax, email or phone.
There is no minimum invoice value.
All trade and wholesale prices indicated are exclusive of GST.
RRP price indicated excludes GST.
All ASP currency and listed pricing is AUD $.
ACCOUNT: Accounts are available to approved customers for 25 days after end of month. Please email for an account form.
CREDIT CARDS: Mastercard & Visa is subject to a 0.8% surcharge for account customers. We cannot store customer credit card numbers so they will need to be provided at checkout with each order.

FREIGHT & HANDLING
All ASP deliveries originate from our Brisbane Warehouse. ASP has a “No free freight/handling policy” as our items are sent around Australia, and the cost of freight/handling is not included in the cost of any item. However, we do run freight incentives from time to time for our account customers.
As you can imagine, determining freight costs on a real time basis is virtually impossible for us due to the nature of our items, ie, Plough Disc’s, Slasher blades etc., as well as the added carrier surcharges from our courier methods. Our website is unable to calculate these charges accurately, and neither can we until the final order is ready for dispatch. Due to the many variables affecting local and interstate shipping, our dispatch department will select the most efficient and cost-effective method of shipping on your behalf unless otherwise directed by you.
Items may be shipped by a variety of different methods. Delivery times and costs vary. Again, we may be able to estimate this at time of order at your request. Also, freight is calculated by the greater of weight or volume on most carriers.
It is also important to note that ASP will always endeavour to send the order out quickly. Most likely, if an order is placed before the 1pm cut-off, it is likely to be dispatched that afternoon.

For Australia-wide deliveries, ASP has a number of methods of dispatch for example:
- Star Track Express
- Australia Post
- Blenners (Bulk Freight to North QLD depots for customer collection)
- Land Transport (Bulk Freight to Land Tpt depots for customer collection)
- Followmont Transport
- Shaws & Sadleirs (for orders to Northern and Western regions)
Due to the high volume of shipping ASP has access to preferential freight rates, which we pass onto you. We can notify you by email, at your request, what the freight/handling charge is before delivery.
Overseas delivery can be sent by ship or by air (preferred). We prefer to send items via International Express Post via Australia Post or Star Track.
Freight is charged to your invoice at competitive rates. As freight is calculated by the greater of weight or volume, we are unable to quote freight charges before processing orders.
Internet - 24 hours.
Office - 8.00am - 4:30pm AEST Monday-Friday. We are generally closed only on Public Holidays and for a couple extra days around Christmas. Please regularly check our home page for public holiday announcements.
