Return/Exchange Policy

You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased....

  • Are defective or faulty. or

  • Are significantly different to the description or sample we provided, or

  • Do not do what they are supposed to do

Provided that you stopped using the goods and returned them within a reasonable time and you can show us proof of purchase (copy of original invoice). Please note that, if necessary, products may be sent to the manufacturer / independent body for assessment to determine if they are faulty.

ASP provides a 3 month ‘Replacement Parts Warranty’ against defects in material and workmanship (from date of purchase). Warranty is subject to normal wear and tear.

In all other cases, ASP will happily exchange your purchase if....

  • The product is returned within 14 days of purchase (goods returned after this period will be considered for exchange but will incur a restocking fee);

  • The product has not been used;

  • The product and packaging is in original condition and

  • You have your original receipt.

Please note that we will not exchange any 'special orders' or 'parts' that you may have ordered in, or products not normally stocked by ASP.

Shipping Discrepancies / Damages

Incorrect parts, shortages, overage & damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery / shipping document when signing for goods.

Please check that the correct number of parcels has been received before signing receipt of goods.
